The deadline for signing up for your 2012-2013 FACTS payment plan is April 1, 2012. Please find the FACTS logo below to start the process. Please reference the 3 icons below the FACT’s logo for additional instructions. You have the option to budget monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payments with a checking account, savings account, or credit card.

Once your payment plan has been created, you will receive a confirmation notice from FACT’s with instructions on how to log into their website where you can actively manage your payment plan through the Consumer Portal. You can change/update your financial account information, email address, or phone number. You can pay ahead with an online payment option as well as view your complete history with FACT’s.

If your family is in need of financial aid for the 2012/2013 school year for Catholic Grade School and/or Catholic High School you must complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application online by April 1, 2012 in order to receive Archdiocesan and/or Parish aid. At the time of application you will be asked to pay a $25 application fee. You must then mail/fax a copy of your 2011 Federal Tax Forms and copies of 2011 W2’s.
